Diocese Bishops are task with the responsibility of identifying, recruiting and training the faithful to assume responsibilities in the Church and the diocese. This means the diocese Bishop beside evangelizing for sinners to be saved, the Bishop should be evangelizing the church to take responsibilities of helping the Pastors and Bishops in serve their churches and communities through CCOEB.
Once the diocese Bishop identifies a potential candidate, the person will be trained in the intended office. Once they assume office, the diocese Bishop should make sure these people as direct communication, resources and continuous training to excel in their offices.
Therefore, Diocese Bishop should continuous attend management training offered through CCOEB, CCOEB partner colleges and any other avenue that is inline with the Bible.
The diocese Bishop should have help to management the diocese as it grows to avoid burnout.
