1. Candidates for ordination or consecration are interviewed by the local diocese Bishop and council.
  2. Interview reports and Recommendations are forwarded to the International Council. 
  3. International Council shall forward their recommendations to the Chief Prelate who will accept or reject the report with explanation.
  4. Candidates for consecration shall be taken through the preparation training and exams of their various offices by the diocese Bishop as per CCOEB guidelines.
  5. After the training and satisfactory passing their exams, a report with their grades is forwarded to the Chief Prelate.
  6. The diocese Bishop in consultation with the Chief Prelate will schedule ordinations or consecrations ceremonies if the candidates have paid the required fees before scheduling the date.
  7. For ordination of Reverend Ministers and below, the diocese Bishop with authority of the Chief Prelate will conduct the ceremonies. Credentials shall be issued from headquarter offices in Canada.
  8. For Bishops consecration, if the diocese can afford to host the Archbishop, the Archbishop will officiate the ceremony. If not, the diocese Bishop with Archbishop's assigned representative plus one more consecrated Bishop shall officiate the ceremony as long as the necessary fees are paid by the candidate before scheduling the ceremony. All documents for the ceremony and credentials will be approved by Chief Prelate.
  9. Affirmation of Apostles and ordinations of Prophets ceremonies shall be officiated by diocese Bishop together with Archbishop's assigned representative as long as necessary fees are paid before scheduling the ceremonies.
