All concerns submitted to CCOEB are treated confidentially and reviewed according to the organization's ethics, accountability, and leadership oversight procedures. Submission of a concern does not guarantee disciplinary action but initiates an impartial review process.

Confidentiality & Information Sharing

CCOEB seeks to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion. Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Information may need to be shared with authorized reviewers, relevant persons, professional advisers or appropriate authorities where necessary for responsible review, safety or applicable reporting obligations.

Immediate Safety or Possible Criminal Conduct

If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Suspected criminal conduct, abuse or other matters requiring external reporting may also be reported directly to the appropriate civil authorities.
