Complaints & Concerns

Providing a respectful pathway for concerns related to ethics, conduct, accountability, credential standing, and ministry responsibility.

CCOEB is committed to handling concerns with prayer, fairness, confidentiality, biblical wisdom, and care for all parties involved.

This page explains how complaints and concerns may be received, reviewed, and addressed within the fellowship. The goal is to preserve integrity, encourage accountability, and support restoration where possible.

What Concerns May Be Reported?

Concerns should be submitted truthfully, respectfully, and with enough information for proper review.

⚖ Ethical Conduct

Concerns involving integrity, moral conduct, misuse of authority, dishonesty, or behaviour inconsistent with Christian leadership.

⛪ Ministry Accountability

Concerns involving pastoral responsibility, church leadership, credential standing, ministry practice, or ecclesiastical conduct.

🤝 Conflict or Harm

Concerns involving unresolved conflict, abuse of leadership trust, serious misconduct, or actions affecting members or churches.

A Fair and Prayerful Process

CCOEB does not treat concerns lightly. Matters are reviewed with care, respect, and sensitivity to confidentiality.

Not every concern results in discipline. Some matters may require counsel, clarification, mediation, restoration steps, or administrative guidance.
