Use this page to submit concerns related to conduct, ministry practice, leadership, credentialing, or organizational matters.

CCOEB is committed to maintaining biblical integrity, ethical leadership, and accountability throughout its fellowship.

If you have a concern regarding conduct, ministry practice, leadership, credentialing, or organizational matters, please complete the form below. All submissions are treated confidentially and reviewed fairly through the CCOEB Ethics and Oversight Process.

Before You Submit

Please provide clear, truthful, respectful, and complete information so the matter can be reviewed properly.

1. Be Clear

Explain the concern plainly. Include names, dates, location, ministry involved, and any important background information.

2. Be Truthful

Submit information in good faith. Avoid rumours, exaggeration, false claims, or personal attacks.

3. Be Respectful

CCOEB handles concerns with confidentiality, fairness, prayer, and care for all parties involved.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE

All concerns submitted to CCOEB are treated confidentially and reviewed according to the organization's ethics, accountability, and leadership oversight procedures. Submission of a concern does not guarantee disciplinary action but initiates an impartial review process.

Confidentiality Notice: CCOEB seeks to protect confidentiality as much as possible. However, some matters may require leadership review, communication with involved parties, or reporting where legally or morally necessary.

How Concerns Are Reviewed

Initial Review

CCOEB reviews the submission to determine whether the matter falls within its scope of oversight.

Follow-Up

Leadership may request additional details, documents, clarification, or a response from relevant parties.

Guidance or Action

CCOEB may provide counsel, recommendations, restoration steps, corrective action, or administrative direction.
